OmniLeague (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users (“User,” “you,” or “your”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the OmniLeague mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described herein.
We collect the following categories of information when you use the Service:
(a) Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and display name. If you choose to sign in using Apple Sign-In, we receive the information you authorize Apple to share with us, which may include your email address.
(b) Profile Information: You may optionally provide a profile avatar selection. Your username and avatar are visible to other members of leagues you join.
(c) Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Service, including the features you use, the actions you take (such as drafting teams, joining leagues, and viewing leaderboards), timestamps of your activity, and device information (device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers).
(d) Push Notification Tokens: If you enable push notifications, we collect your device push notification token to deliver draft alerts, scoring updates, and league announcements.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
(a) Account Management: To create, authenticate, and maintain your account; to identify you within leagues and display your username and avatar to other league members.
(b) Service Delivery: To operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of the Service, including processing draft picks, calculating scores, generating projected standings, and managing league operations.
(c) Communications: To send you service-related communications, including draft reminders, scoring updates, league announcements, and other notifications you have opted into through your notification preferences.
(d) Analytics and Improvement: To analyze usage trends, monitor the effectiveness of the Service, diagnose technical issues, and improve the overall user experience.
(e) Safety and Compliance: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity; to enforce our Terms of Service; and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
OmniLeague does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
(a) Within the Service: Your username, avatar, draft picks, and league standings are visible to other members of leagues you join. This is necessary for the core functionality of the Service.
(b) Aggregated and Anonymized Data: We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. This data may be used for industry analysis, research, or to improve the Service.
(c) Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, prevent fraud, or protect the personal safety of users or the public.
(d) Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
The Service integrates with the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy governing how it processes data:
(a) Supabase: We use Supabase for backend infrastructure, including database hosting, user authentication, and real-time data synchronization. Your account data and application data are stored on Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption.
(b) Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the Service. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data to serve personalized or contextual advertisements. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
(c) Firebase Cloud Messaging / Expo Push Notifications: We use push notification services to deliver timely alerts to your device. These services process your device push notification token.
(d) Analytics Services: We may use analytics services to collect and analyze usage data. These services may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to track user interactions with the Service.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services to understand their data practices.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements.
Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical and statistical purposes.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
(a) Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
(b) Correction: You may update or correct your account information at any time through the Settings page within the Service.
(c) Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by using the account deletion feature in Settings or by contacting us at the email address provided below.
(d) Notification Preferences: You may manage your push notification preferences at any time through the Settings page within the Service.
(e) Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: You may opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device's privacy and advertising settings.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication protocols, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to promptly delete such information. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Privacy Policy within the Service. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
